Welcome to DimplesPay! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DimplesPay mobile application and related services (“Services”), operated by Tecnovice Technologies Ltd.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DimplesPay. You must also complete KYC verification to access virtual card features.
2. Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration details
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3. Use of Services
You may use DimplesPay to:
- Open and manage a virtual wallet
- Apply for and use a virtual card
- Send, receive, and store funds
You may not:
- Use the app for illegal activities
- Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering
- Violate local, national, or international laws
4. Fees & Charges
Some services may carry transaction or maintenance fees. Fees are disclosed within the app or communicated to users before processing.
5. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We detect fraudulent activity or identity mismatch
- You fail to comply with KYC or legal requirements
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any:
- Loss of funds due to third-party services
- Unauthorized transactions caused by your negligence
- Downtime or service unavailability
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app, logo, content, and technology are owned by Tecnovice Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
